We delete your data when it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Candidate and client data in search mandates
Personal data of candidates and clients processed in the course of a search mandate is handled under the terms of that mandate and kept confidential. It is retained only for as long as needed for the mandate and statutory obligations, and is deleted on request unless statutory retention periods apply. You may at any time ask which data about you is held and for what purpose.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
